How Do I Place A Web Store Order?
You can place your order directly from this store using your current Pay Pal or Google Accounts with your debit / credit card.
1.You already have a Pay Pal or Google account make your selections and your order will be transferred and processed by our orders department upon receipt. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing, shipping and delivery. (weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time).
2.If you don't have a Pay Pal or Google account. You will be prompted to create an ac account. You can then complete your order and prepare to check out. Once you have completed the required steps and chose your payment method you will receive a receipt of your order information ready to print for your records.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 2 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either contacting us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 877-684-5654. We will not issue a refund on merchandise that has been used or if notified of your issues after the required 2 business days.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee. The shipping charge will not be returned.

What Are My Payment Options?
Google and Pay Pal are our preferred payment option. Your transactions are safe and secure. Once you have made your payment using credit card via Google you will receive an E-Mail conformation sent to the e-mail address listed on your purchase receipt.
Pay Pal / Google Payment Option: Keep in mind that your Pay Pal or Google payments status will be pending for 24-48 hours for verification of your payment sources.

We value our customers however our B2B customers fall into a different purchasing category with a set minimum purchase requirement of $500.00 though the entire web store.
B2B customers if you are interested in only fragrances for resale we ask that you observe the minimum purchase of 1dz (12 pieces) pr/fragrance selection listed within our wholesale fragrance category.

Important Shipping Information
To observe your shipping charges you must first place an order. You can do this by selecting your item category, add the quantity, them proceed to check out. You will see your printable receipt for your purchase. For most orders weighing less than 2lbs we ship via UPSP in most cases. We ship almost every item via UPS and under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 48-72 hours. In the event of large volume orders, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control your order(s) will be shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping Notice: The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts certain products from being shipped by air. These items include aerosol, pressurized spray containers and highly flammable liquids. For these items, please select Ground shipping.

What Happens When You Are Out Of The Item I Order?
We at Oui Joli Scented Pleasures pride ourselves by our customers satisfaction. Should you order a perfume, cologne, splash or any item listed on our page. If we are out of the ounces you ordered we will contact you via email and phone before we substitute your order. For instance if you ordered a fragrance at 4.0 oz and we only have 7.0 oz we will substitute depending on the cost that item at the same price. If you order a fragrance that is 7.0 oz we will substitute it with the next lowest ounce and give you the differences as credit on your next order
