3. Transactions
3-1: Oui Joli Scented Pleasures will charge $2.95 cancellation fee for each PayPal / Google transaction. With each cancellation you request, you will receive via E-mail a printable invoice listing your canceled purchase(s) including item numbers, descriptions, quantities, prices, S & H and tax. Our customer service department will E-mail the canceled order conformation.
3-1-A: You will receive a printable E-mail invoice for your purchases. When UPS picks up your item(s) the customer service department will E-mail you the tracking number.
3-2: Request that your E-mail address be added to our mailing list. By adding your e-mail to our list you are giving us express permission to e-mail you promotions and new arrivals information only from Oui Joli Scented Pleasures.

3-3: Western Union Transfers are not accepted outside of the United States and are subject to approval by Oui Joli - Scented Pleasures accounting department. The minimum purchase invoice should be at least $200.00.
3-3-A: To our international clients. Providing that you have and agent/representative located within the United States, we will ship your purchases to any specified location within the United States only. Your agent will make all of the necessary shipping arrangements and complete the necessary paperwork for shipping exportation.
3-3-B: Oui Joli -Scented Pleasures reserve the right to hold all international company checks for validation and authenticity before the order is processed. Shipping please refers to SEC. 3-3-A.
4. Our Return Policy
Oui Joli Scented Pleasures will replace your items if item was damaged during transit. E-mail us immediately at customer.service@ouijoli.com. Briefly explain your reasons for returning the item. You will receive a reply from customer service representative with instructions for returning damages merchandise within 24 hours.
4-1: Oui Joli Scented Pleasures Fragrance offer free shipping with your minimum purchase of $85.00 or more and free fragrance samples with selected fragrance purchases.
4-2: Oui Joli Scented Pleasures offer an exchange on our Designer Fragrance lines. Contact us for more information.
4-3: Purchasing, wholesale total orders must be at least $500.00 or more. Money orders and casher checks are accepted for the total amount of the order only. All checks and money orders exceeding the purchase amount will be returned. ( checks are held for verification)
5. Cancels
Oui Joli Scented Pleasures will charge a $2.95 processing fee for credit card cancellations via Pay Pal and Google pr/ transactions before a charge back is processed. This charge will apply and be deducted from your total reimbursement for canceled orders.
6. Merchant Contracts are signed and acceptance with US merchants only. Company information must be authenticated; contact information must be accurate for verification.
7. Important Shipping Information
Shipping Notice: The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts certain products from being shipped by air. These items include aerosol, pressurized spray containers and highly flammable liquids. For these items, please select Ground shipping.
